You will be traveling on 81 North/17West. Continue on this route until you reach a split (either 81N or 17W). Take the 17 West ramp. You will remain on the highway for about 5 miles. You will exit the highway at Exit 70 South (the sign will say Johnson City), this exit will circle on to a bridge (the route # will be 201). Follow the bridge until you reach a traffic circle. At the traffic circle, bear right (this will lead you onto another bridge), follow the bridge until the end - the sign will read Route 434 East - Binghamton. At the first light, you will need to make a U-Turn. Once you complete the U-Turn you will be heading West on Rt. 434. The Press and Sun Bulletin will be on your right, and the very next building will be Professional Home Care. Parking is in the front of the building.

From Syracuse:
